I had an appointment this week with Chanuki at Hear in Karingal. Having worn hearing aids for the past three years, I felt it was time to have a full hearing assessment and was resigned to the fact that I would probably be pressured and sold a hearing aid upgrade.
How wrong was I??!!
Chanuki was the most professional audiologist I have met. Friendly, thorough and most importantly INDEPENDENT! The testing was comprehensive and the results explained to me in layman’s terms.
And the most impressive thing was the research and work Chanuki then did to reconfigure my existing hearing aids to get them working better than they ever have and extend their life for at least another 12 months.
The hearing assessment with Hear In Karingal was the best money I have spent on my hearing health.
For professional, friendly and impartial advice, this is the place to go!

I recently had a detailed hearing test at Hear In in Karingal. Audrey was very professional and so patient. I was very impressed with the service and information given to me. Everything was explained carefully, detailed but easy to understand. I purchased the hearing aids and am very happy with the follow up appointments.
